Returns will be accepted for 2 weeks after purchased tem is received, after that time period they will not be accepted back an no refund will be ordered. Customer must pay for shipping back to us and we will cover shipping on returns back to customer.
If custom order has been completed, we will NOT accept returns or issue refunds. Before custom order is started we require you to fill out and sign our Confrimation Of Custom Design Agreement which you agree that the design is what you asked for.
If item(s) is/are damaged, refund or reorder will be accepted, as long as its within the 2 weeks after receiving item(s). Refund will happen automatically (i) if any of our supplies are out of stock from supplier, (ii) resonable damage that we deemed resonable. We are not responible for how your package is treated during transit to your location.
