This website offers visitors to purchase and create tee shirts and other accessories. (iii) when you confirm that your custom order is to your liking you acknowledge that the sale is final and that damage is the only form of a return that will be accepted. (iiii) all items that are damaged you agree to email us a photo as soon as you have opened your package, all packages will have a signature request.

All information that is collected is use to ensure you receive your order and correctly. Your information will be shared with Off The Wall Customizing owners, employees, or any lawful personal (if needed), wix.com (they collect your payment and then its shipped to us).

Returns
The Small Print
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: underwear, socks, sports bras, etc, this section can be updated or changed at any moment.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either replace the product or refund the full purchased amount for the item(s). If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
